These terms and conditions set out the guidelines for using our website www.peoplechiefs.com (“Website”) along with People Chiefs Global Privacy policy which shall be deemed to have accepted by use of the People Chiefs website.

Access to our main website is available and no fee charges apply, with the exception of our dedicated client and employee HR portal section. The HR portal area is a restricted area and available only to clients who have procured our HR Outsourcing & Consulting services.

From time to time, we may change, or suspend or discontinue our website at any time and without notice. We will not be liable to you in any way if our site (or any part of it) is unavailable at any time or for any period.

The People Chiefs website, our “Client Portal Area” is restricted to clients who have procured HR Outsourcing & Consulting services. All clients who are registered for HR services are provided with a secure user ID and login credentials. These log in credentials should never be shared and you should take full responsibility for keeping details safe and secure. People Chiefs reserve the right to disable and terminate access if these terms and conditions are breached.

All content included on our website is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users of the website should NOT copy, distribute, sell or re use the content from our website without formal written permission. Any use of this website or its content, including copying or storing it in whole or in part, other than for your personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the prior written permission of People Chiefs.

However you may : access and view any part of the website, print and save pages from our website but may not use the saved content for commercial use.
